Real Conversation: Why Mental Health Talk Alone is NOT Effective

The Real Conversation session that was held on the 10th of September was a success!

We are appreciative of those that were a part of the Real Conversation. It would not be as interactive and thought-provoking without the discussion and sharing from the special guest speakers, Edgar Tham and Carsten Bauer, and participants.

Overall, the session has helped the participants on how to deal with mental health in the organisation from different aspects as many are struggling with the same issue, especially during these trying times. Our guest speakers, Edgar Tham and Carsten Bauer have given insightful solutions to their issues and left everyone feeling hopeful.

Surely, we will be having more thought-provoking Real Conversations in the future. Therefore, always be on the lookout for the next one!

Solution Circle: The HR Leaders Edition

The first-ever session of the Solution Circle: The HR Leaders Edition held on the 10th of September went extremely well! We love the dynamic discussion and sharing that happened during the session among the host and participants. We would like to extend our gratitude to those that were a part of it too!

The discussion was broken into 4 different categories which are;

Each participant was given the freedom to join whichever discussion they prefered. With the help of the moderator, they were able to share their issues and gain new learnings among each other. It was an engaging yet fruitful sharing. One of the objectives of the Solution Circle was to provide a platform to support the HR Leaders community and that was what we have achieved.
